Willis Floyd Arrington, son of the late Eleanor and Edward Arrington was born on December 7,1949 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on January 3, 2022 after a lingering illness.
He received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System and held numerous jobs throughout his Life and the one that he took pride in was working as a crew leader for Baltimore City in the Bridges Department where he retired due to an illness.
Floyd as he was known by many, was very caring and loved his family unconditionally. You could often find him at the Northeast Market with one of his favorite cousins Larry Johnson (Sokie) and reminiscing with several of his closest Friends.
He is preceded in death by his late wife Ophelia Arrington and son Joseph. He leaves to cherish his memory sons, Willis and Darryl; daughters, Sheryl, Nicole, Kelly, Melissa, Jasha, Keviah, and Kim; one daughter in law, Kanita Arrington (Willis); three son in laws, Anthony Goldman (Sheryl) Stanley Bryant (Melissa) Delvin Thompson (Keviah); two sisters, Mildred Bacote and Josie Johnson; two brother laws, James Bacote and Darryl Royster; two sister in laws, Sandra Arrington-Yancey and Dorothy Arrington; twenty-three grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends.
