Ursula C. Frazier, daughter of Margaret Ballanger and the late Timothy Jones was born October 23, 1951 in Baltimore MD. She departed this life on Sunday September 19, 2021 after a sudden death.
Ursula, affectionately known as “Desi” by her close friends and family, received her education in the Baltimore City School System. She was employed by the Baltimore City Public Schools as an Elementary School Teacher and later as a Master Barber at Monument Barbers.
Ursula met and married her childhood sweetheart the late Robert Frazier Sr., and out of this union came two children Candy and Bay.
Ursula was very intelligent and street-savvy; she enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with her grandchildren. She loved reggae music and had a style like no other.
She is preceded in death by three special friends, Wanda, Angela and Naza; brother, Johnny (Nugget) Jones; brother in-law Willie Frazier and sister Wanda Jones.
She leaves to mourn her mother, Margaret Ballanger; daughter, Candace Frazier-Irwin; son, Robert (Bay) Frazier; son in law, Robert Irwin; brothers, Tony Ballanger, Eugene and Kevin Jones; sisters, Carolyn Allen and Shallise Jones; sister in law, Paulette Lynch; grandchildren, Darius, Alexis Kyree, Haven and Logan; great grandson, Darius Jr; cousin, Eric “Bubbles” Williams; bonus sons, Butchie, Donald, Julian and Mikey and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
