Torrey J. Williams, son of the late Calvin M Williams Sr. and Denise (Roundtree) Williams was born on May 11, 1977. Torrey departed his life suddenly on August 19, 2020.
Torrey was born in Baltimore Maryland. He received his education from Baltimore City Public Schools. He worked as a Security Guard at DMAC Security when he parted this life. Torrey accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at St Johns Christian Community Church by Dr. Tommy L. Jenkins Sr.
Torrey has worked since he was 14 years of age. He worked in Security for over 20 years. He loved family and he loved to laugh. Torrey stood 6”3 and 290lbs but he was his mommy’s baby. Everyone that knew Torrey knows that he was always smiling and joking around. He loved to eat; and one of his favorite restaurants was Outback Steak house. He was always dependable. He showed up EVERYTIME he was called. Even if he really did not want to. However, you would get the mouthy side when he showed up but nevertheless, he showed up when you needed him. Torrey was a gamer and he loved to play the game “Call of Duty” with the love of his life Latoya and his stepson Charles. There was never a dull moment when Torrey was around. Torrey and Toya adopted a dog Bentley 3 years ago. Torrey was his Bentleys best friend. Torrey loved his nieces and his nephews. He gave them all nick names and drove them all crazy. Torrey every night had long talks with his partner in crime: his big brother Calvin. As Tanisha would call it, they would be giving the business.
Torrey leaves to mourn his mother, Denise Williams; his wife, Latoya Carter and stepson Charles Carter; his bestfriend and brother, Calvin M. Williams (Tanisha); sister, Mary Hines (William); nieces and nephews, Myeisha, Maranda, Ashley, Christopher, Patrick, William and Kendall; cousins, Kelly, Paul Jr, Paul II, Giselle, Eric, Wanda Erica and Eric Jr.; his crew Perry, P ercy, Delroy, Little Dale, Naim, Antwan, Eugene, Gregory (Hump Head) and a host of family and friends.
