Ronald Lee Allen was born in Baltimore, Maryland at Baltimore City Hospital on May 21,1967 to Patricia Allen-Veale and the (late) Nathaniel Pryor. Ronald was called to his resting place on July 15, 2023.
Ronald had a nickname that one of his friends gave him because he would always repeat what he said twice so he called him “Ronald Two-Time.”
Ronald attended Baltimore City Public Schools where he received his education.
One of his favorite subjects was math which he was very good at keeping up with numbers. He was always able to help a family member in solving math solutions. He was a person that loved his family dearly. He was a person that would give the shirt off his back with his given heart that he had. He may have been a person that traveled alone by himself, but he was well known and loved by many families and friends. At times he struggle with his illness, but he would always bounce back with the help of various programs.
Ronald was never married and had no children, but his nieces and nephews he loved all of them dearly. He always remembers everybody birthday in his immediate family. He was a very hyper and fast-talking person that did everything fast. Ronald better known as Ronald Two-Time was what you would call the “THE FAKE STREET ENTREPENEUR” in others words he made his money his way. And if he ever old you some money you can count on him to pay you back with interest.

He leaves to cherish his mother Patricia Allen-Veale, his brothers Marvin Allen, Darin Allen, Caldwell Veale Jr. and one sister Devena Allen, his sisters-in-law Terry Allen and Marcia Allen, his nieces Danielle Lawrence, Tykeria Allen, Precious Allen, Shamirre Allen, Angel Allen, London Allen, Leona Veale; one nephew, Darian Allen and a host of great nieces, great nephews, aunt, uncles, cousin, other relatives and friends.
