Pearl T. Randall

Pearl Theresa Randall was born on July 11, 1961 at City Hospital in Baltimore, MD to the late Emma Randall and Leon Betters.

Pearl attended Francis M. Wood High School in Baltimore, MD.

She was a member of Southern Baptist Church, until she left her earthly body on October 2, 2021.

Pearl was known by her family and friends as Tisa, she lived all her life in Baltimore. She worked most of her life as a cook in many restaurants and catering companies.

Pearl was the second of four biological siblings, she leaves to mourn two brothers, Michael Randall and Louis Randall Sr.; one sister, Jacquelyn Ginn; long time friend, Douglas Summerville; niece, Shenell Randall; son/nephew, Louis Randall Jr.; great nephew, Jaquan Randall; great niece, Nevaeh Stansburry and a host of other family members and friends.
