Lisa Tanika Reed was born in Baltimore, Maryland to Cecila and Harvey Reed on July 20, 1976.
Lisa departed this earthly life on September 12, 2020 after a lengthy illness, although her sudden passing has left a huge void in her family’s heart, we know her spirit is resting and she is at peace in God’s hand.
Lisa gave her life to Christ at an early age and later in her spiritual walk with God she attended Restoration Outreach Center with her children where they were baptized under the teachings of Pastor Deborah V. Burrus.
Lisa received her education in the Baltimore City Public School system where she attended and graduated from
Western High School and made many friends throughout her schooling years. Lisa went on to further her education at
Coppin State University where she received her Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice and worked for Parole & Probation for some time and left there to peruse other opportunities within her eld of work. Lisa took a trip to Florida to attend a training sessions to work as a private investigator, she worked at Johns Hopkins as well as the Housing Authority of Baltimore City before she became ill.
Lisa was a proud mother of two children, Heaven Nevaeh Stewart and Dante Coleman Jr. who she loved and cherished.
Lisa was the kind of mother who was very concerned when it came to her children’s education and activities during and after school, she always made sure her children had every thing they needed while growing up and was always at their school ready to lend a helping hand and was there some days even when she was not feeling her best. Lisa was such a fun sister, cousin, niece and friend who was loved by many people who was in her presence and she will greatly be missed.
Lisa leaves to cherish her memory, her two children Heaven Nevaeh Stewart and Dante Coleman Jr., a loving mother and Father Cecila Reed and Harvey Reed, two sisters, Tanya Reed and India Foster, two nieces, Maya and Taylor Clark, best friends, LaShelle, Sherry, Tiany, Cat, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, loved ones, and friends.
