Kennod L. Taylor, son of Kevin F. Taylor and the late Christine M. Johnson, was born on December 26, 1982 in Baltimore, Maryland.
He was the youngest of the two children who Kevin and Christine shared, and the second eldest of Kevin Sr’s four: Kevin F. Taylor, Jr., Jasmine L. Hooper and Bilal Taylor.
He received his education in Baltimore City Public Schools: Lakewood Elementary, Fort Worthington Elementary, Thurgood Marshall Middle, and Patterson Senior High School. Kennod earned his license as a Massage Therapist from Cortiva Institute Massage Therapy & Skin Care School.
On Monday, May 9, 2022, Kennod went home to be with the Lord. Nod, as he was affectionately called by family and close friends, was quiet and liked being alone, but at family gatherings he was the ultimate jokester. One of his favorite past time was eating good food at Pubs while watching his favorite teams, the New Orleans Saints and the Baltimore Orioles. His other favorite pastime was spending time with his big brother Kevin. Kevin and Kennod always had a special connection. Whenever you saw one, the other was not far behind. The connection that the two brothers shared was steeped in a rich tradition of love and family first, led by the late Susan Taylor (lovingly known as Granny).
He leaves to mourn: his father Kevin Sr.; two aunts, April and Daria; three siblings, Kevin Jr., Jasmine, and Bilal; two sibling-like cousins, Tawney and Craig Jr.; five nieces, Christine, Ciara, Chaniya, Camille, and Seven; two nephews, Kevin III and Kaleb and a host of other relatives and friends
