George V. Solomon, son of Helen Elizabeth Solomon and George Leon Solomon was born on September 20, 1960 in Baltimore, MD. He departed his life unexpectedly on December 14, 2020.
He received his High School Diploma from Forrest Park High School. He worked at McCormick Spice Company/Hunt Valley Plant for 31 years. He was a material handler from 1981 until he retired in 2012.
George was a very loving and caring man who loved to help people. He enjoyed watching TV shows, movies and spending time with family and friends. He also loved a home cooked meal. He adored spoiling and doing for his wife Mary the most. He called her “His Fitzgerald”.
He leaves to mourn, his wife Mary Fitzgerald, his son Darrell Solomon, two stepchildren Maytrice Lilly and Dillon Brown, three sisters, Evelyn Gibson, Windell Whitten, Celestine O’neal, one brother, Gerald Solomon, four grandchildren, Melvin, Jamari, Justin, Naelon or as he’d like to call them his “Road Dogs” and a host of other relatives and friends.
Preceding him in death are his parents, Helen and George Solomon, five siblings, Abby Washington, Gina Gray, Annette, Vivian and Norman Solomon, and stepson Melvin Lilly Sr.
