DEBORAH EUNICE SWANN, was born October 6, 1954 in Baltimore, MD to Rudolph Price (deceased) and Gertie Mae Swann. God called her home on February 18, 2021.
Growing up she attended public schools in Baltimore City. As an adult, she was blessed to work as an Activist, picketing in Baltimore City. She later worked at the Royal Farms Arena with the post event team readying the arena for upcoming events.
She never met a stranger. And those that she met; she was always sure to stay in touch with them. Deborah had such a welcoming spirit. Once you met her you would love her. Her norm was to have so many life-long friends that she talked with daily.
She loved her family and friends; always willing to provide a meal and a place to stay when needed. This was natural for her because she loved cooking, cleaning and taking care of others. When walking in her home, you would be met with the smell of fried chicken-her favorite thing to fry.
Her pride and joy were her two grandchildren whom she loved. She was always eager to be there for them no matter where it was she had to travel.
She was proceeded in death by her father-Rudolph Price; her sister-Theresa Watts; and her brother-Eric Swann.
She leaves behind her mother-Gertie Mae Swann: her life-long companion, Eugene Skinner; her daughter, Tirannia Rawlings (Raymond); her granddaughters, Tineria and Serayah; a great grandson- Ari; her brother, Reginald Price; three sisters, Myra Swann, Donna Swann and Patricia Brown (Bertram); three aunts, Tina Doles, Lavina Swann, Nancy Swann; one uncle, Willey Cator; and a host of nieces and nephews, and many many friends.
