CONSTANCE BERNETT HOUSE, affectionately known as "Connie", was born on November 9, 1951 to the late Rebecca Davis and Ebenezer House. After a lengthy illness, she received her wings peacefully on October 17, 2021.
Connie accepted Jesus Christ at an early age. She was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. She worked several jobs including jobs at the Maryland Drydock Shipyard and Baltimore Washington Airport (BWI).
Connie was well known and loved throughout her community. She was outspoken, funny, stubborn and very Charismatic. If you knew her, you knew not to call between 12:30pm to 2:30pm because she was watching the soap operas. She also enjoyed watching Old Western Movies and the Have and Haves Nots. Connie loved spending time with her family and friends, especially with her sister's, grandchildren and great grand children.
Connie was preceded in death by her mother, Rebecca Davis, father, Ebenezer House, sister, Evelyn and three brothers, Michael, Columbus and Cederick.
Connie is cherished by her only son, Christopher M. Carter; one surviving sister, Bernadette Bomar (Curtis); one surviving aunt, Joeller Thornton; six grandchildren, Takia Anderson, Brittany Carter (Sylvia), Ebony Carter (Desmond), Jasmine Carter, Courtney Carter and Christopher Carter; fourteen great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
