CAROLYN CARTER, was born on October 22, 1960 to the late Helen Johnson and James Carter. Carolyn departed this life suddenly on July 28, 2020.
Carolyn received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. Carolyn A.K.A. Connie loved to spend time with her family and fiends. She loved to sing, dance and eat. She enjoyed ordering Chinese food and watching scary movies with Da'Mony and gave Willow whatever she wanted.
When Carolyn became employed, life took off from there for her. She held jobs at several companies including at Aunt Annie's Pretzels and Motel 6. She had her struggles with addiction but didn't let it get the best of her. She was in a NA program for three years and remained clean throughout her entire time there. In fact, Connie remained clean until the day she left this earth (no matter what others thought). So, Connie ultimately came out on top.
Connie was a funny person and everyone knew to run whenever she started laughing...or else she would smack the crap out of your arm! She always had that big, beautiful smile (with her gapped teeth). She will TRULY be missed.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her son, Leroy Mayo, six brothers, Arthur, Melvin, Jerry, Michael, Herbert and Joseph, two sisters, Anna Reese and Isabelle and her son-in-law, Damon Davis.
Carolyn leaves to mourn her loss and cherish her loving memories: her children, LeCarol Davis, Antoine Mayo and Quiyana Tucker; one aunt, Cedonia; one uncle, Daniel; four brothers, Jesse Johnson, James Carter, Randolph Johnson and Eric Carter (Brother-In-Law); three sisters, Katrina Carter, Maggie and Helen; her fiancee, Muhammed Aliem; her best friend, Rosalind Mayo; twelve grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
