ANDRE CARL FRAZIER was born in Baltimore City, Maryland, on May 20, 1956, to Regina Frazier and the late William Edward Frazier, Sr. On January 27, 2023, after a lengthy illness he departed this life.
Andre was baptized at the age of twelve at Third Lutheran Church. Later, he became a member of New Antioch Baptist Church in Baltimore City, Maryland under the leadership of Bishop Orlando A. Wilson. He would often ask "When are we going to the racetrack?" Andre was a black belt in karate. He shared his love of karate with his daughter Andrea by enrolling her in karate class.
