Amari was a beacon of light who loved his family. He brought joy to everyone that laid eyes upon him. If you had the pleasure met him, you would know that his laughter was more than enough to put a smile on anyone’s face. An angel on earth! And loved beyond words. Amari enjoyed being with his twin brother/womb mate and best friend, Amir.
Amari J ford, the son of Monique Shropshire and Vernon Ford, Jr, was born on December 7, 2017, in Baltimore, Maryland. Amari’s life transitioned very suddenly on January 28, 2023.
Amari attended Saint Vincent DePaul Head Start Program. There he gained a host of new friends, and his love for counting was nurtured.
Amari enjoyed counting, wrestling, playing games, and watching Paw Patrol, Number Blocks, Blaze and the Monster Machine, and Mickey Mouse.
He was preceded in death by his Great-grandmothers Catherine Shropshire and Debra Ulicny, Great grandfather Edward Wells, and Uncles Tracy Shropshire and Erik Ford.
He leaves cherished memories to his parents, Monique Shropshire and Vernon Ford Jr., four brothers, Amir (Twin Brother), Jaylen, Ayden, Noah, and one sister Anaiya. Grandmothers Renee Wells and Asalie Shropshire; Grandfathers Vernon Ford and Quilton Willis; Great-grandmother Carolyn Wells, Great grandfather Thomas Ulicny; Uncles Stacy Shropshire and Maurice Smith, and a host of other family and friends.
