AGNES JUA SOMAH GALLMAN-CAMAH was born on March 21, 1956 to Mary Clay Davis and Francis Camah. She grew up in Monrovia, Liberia where she was fondly known as Jua. Agnes had four brothers and three sisters. As a child, Agnes loved spending time with her grandma and her siblings. She attended boarding school and always dreamed big. In the 1980's Agnes got married, moved to Baltimore, MD. had three kids and worked for Abrams, Foster, Noels and Williams C.P.A. (AFNW) where she spent nearly 20 years in the IT department.

Agnes continued her education earning an associate degree from Baltimore Community College  and a bachelor's degree from the University of Baltimore while working and raising her children. In 2003, she married her high school sweetheart, Michael and shortly after moved to New Jersey. Agnes would spend the next 20 years working in Manhattan, NY at the New York Finance Housing Agency in IT. She had planned to retire later this year.
