WINSLOW was born to the late Winslow Woodson, Sr. and Ellouise Barns.
Winslow graduated from Carver Vocational Technical High School. Winslow joined the Navy after high school. When he was discharged, he worked for the Post Office. He retired from the Sun Cab Company. He received many certificates for being a good employee and a good driver. He was never in a rush when he drove.
Winslow was an avid reader who stayed at the library. Winslow had over 400 DVDs. He always like sitting in his big chair with a cold beer, watching his movies.
Winslow loved to travel and even drove to California. He traveled to London, Paris, Sweden and Holland. He had many photo albums to highlight his travels.
Winslow was his grandmother's favorite grandson. She did everything for him and always called him String Bean.
Winslow was a good brother and friend. He will be missed by all who loved him.
Winslow leaves to mourn his sister, Eloise Corprew (Bernard); brother, John Woodson; niece Scharbette Smith (Zane); two great-nieces, Niyah Smith and Orie Watkins; nephew, Gerrod Davis; four great-nephews, Zachary Smith, Tyrod Davis, Tiyahn Davis and Josiah Davis and his best friends of many years, Jerry and Skippy.
