WILLIE EDWARD RICHBURG, was born on April 25, 1941 in Manning, South Carolina to the late Carrie Simmons Richburg and the late James Richburg. On September 22, 2019 with his loving wife by his side he peacefully departed this earth. Bill as he was affectionately known as was the youngest of four children.

Bill was educated in the Manning South Carolina school system. He moved to Baltimore where he held various jobs such as steel worker, restaurant worker, long distance truck driver and finally a grounds keeper at Bayview Hospital where he retired after eleven years of service.

He met and fell in love with Mary Madelyne Johnson and they were joined together in Holy Matrimony on March 16, 1983, They were married for 36 years.

Bill has a son Charles Edward Richburg and a daughter Mae Richburg from a previous marrriage.

Bill accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He joined and was baptized at St. Paul Baptist Church under the spiritual guidance of Rev. Dr. Gregory Perkins.

Bill liked to relax when he wasn't working and enjoyed dancing with his wife at various social affairs.

Willie leaves to cherish his memory: a loving wife Mary M. Richburg, daughter Mae Richburg, son Charles Edward Richburg (Donna), brother LeRoy Richburg, four grandchildren, Antwan, Shamira, Charles, Jr. and Robert, ten great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
