William Manning

WILLIAM MANNING, was born on July 8, 1938 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Mary Elizabeth Webb and Cleveland Manning. He departed this life on October 9, 2017

Will, as he was known to most, attended School # 126 and was home schooled in Baltimore. He was raised by his aunt the late Marie Kelson and step-mother Annie Manning.

Later in his adult life, Will moved to New York with his father and step-mother, where he gained employment at the World Trade Center working for Windows to the World. As much as Will loved New York, he loved Baltimore a little more. Will moved back to Baltimore and started working for Emptor Mailing Service, where he met his late wife. Annette Manning. He moved on to work for and eventually retire from the Social Security Administration.

Will loved spending time with his family, especially when his children and grand-children would come to visit. He enjoyed listening to music, relaxing and having a little "taste".

He leaves to mourn his two children, Terri Manning-Burton (Samuel) and Aaron Manning (Erica); one brother Cleve manning and one sister, Christine Manning-Stringfield; five grand-children, Deontae, Dominique, Maurice, A'Mauri and Aiara; three great grand-children, Kayee, Danielle and Ariana; a special friend, Liza Miller and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and family members here and far.

Along with his late wife, Annette Manning, his brother, Lenny Manning and a life friend, Twylia Wearren preceded him in death.
