WILBUR HARRIS, affectionately known as "Wil" or "Crow," entered this life on December 4, 1947, in Baltimore, Maryland. He was the eldest son of the late Isabell and Robert Carter. After a brief illness, he peacefully departed this life on Saturday, May 9, 2026.
