Vance L. Winegan

Vance Leroy Winegan, son of late Mitchell Jones and Madeline Winegan,was born November 9, 1956 in Baltimore, Maryland. He departed this life on April 7, 2025 after a lengthy illness.

He received his education in Baltimore City Public Schools.

He became employed by Amoco Gas Station and UP To Date Laundry for numerous years.

Vance married Diane Burke, February 9,1975 and out of this union can one son, Gregory.

He made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sincerely missed by everyone who knew him. Vance was known as Big V to everyone. He loved his family and friends.

He leaves to mourn his wife Diane Winegan; one son, Gregory Winegan; daughter in law, Ronnie Jones Winegan; two grandchildren, Gregory and Shayquan Winegan; three great grandchildren, Jobi, Gregory  and Karlie; one niece, Shanqe Winegan and a host of other relatives and friends.
