Tyrone "Bubbie" Woods

TYRONE AUGUSTUS WOODS, was born February 10, 1950 to Hazel Lee and George Woods in Baltimore,  Maryland. He departed this life on March 11, 2021 after a brief illness.

Tyrone better known as "Bubby" was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools where he graduated from Frederick Douglas High School and continued his education attending Baltimore City Community College and Towson State University. Tyrone was an executive training manager for Sprint where he loved  his profession and touched many individuals daily.

Bubby met the love of his life in 1970 and from this union was born Dynisha (Nicky). Family was always an important part of Bubby's life therefore his daughter, Dynisha shared his heart.

Bubby enjoyed sports, baseball, football, basketball ,swimming and other contact sports. He also enjoyed working with children at Baltimore City Department of Recreation , (Camp Concern) Mt. Washington Hospital and other agencies.

Tyrone has many close life-long friends including Carl, Ronald, Charlene, Andrea, Todd, Doug, Erthman & Rodney. Bubby was a people person who you could always count on his sense of humor, friendship and compassion.

Tyrone leaves to cherish his memory and legacy: his devoted mother, Hazel Woods; his daughter, Dynisha Woods, one sister, Viola Woods, one grandson, Jordan Woods, two nieces, Tanya Banhardt and Tyrese Kearney and a host of other great nieces and nephews.

Tyrone was preceded in death by his sister, Terry Barnhardt.
