Troy R. Bland

TROY RAYNARD BLAND, the son of the late Ralph and Eleanor Bland, was born on October 24, 1964 in Baltimore, Maryland. On August 4, 2017, God in his infinite wisdom called Troy to rest. Troy was the youngest of seven children.

At an early age, he attended Saint Paul Community Baptist Church where he was baptized. He was raised in Baltimore and received his education from the public school system. His work experience included the Rusty Scupper, Marriott and other companies in the Baltimore area.

Troy was an easy going, kind, fun loving and very caring person. He was good with his hands and an excellent handy man. Troy loved working on computers, swimming and family gatherings. Troy also loved to eat especially seafood, the bigger the crab cake the better.

He leaves to cherish his memory a son Jason Raynard Bland and daughter-in-law Shavonne Bland, two grandsons, Jeremiah Raynard Bland and Jonah Kashmir Bland; three sisters, Cheryl Okafor, Lorie Bland and Linda Fowlkes and a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
