Tony Wright

TONY WRIGHT, the son of the late Alexander and Sadie Wright was born on July 23, 1949 in Baltimore the lord decided to free tony and granted him his wings on Thursday December 8, 2016.

Tony was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System. He worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Lab Technician for 42 years before he retired in 2011. Tony had a great sense of humor and made friends wherever he went, he was very straight forward and direct with a very strong personality and a heart of compassion. Tony will be sincerely missed by all.

Tony met his wife Judia, at an early age and he never stopped being the love of her life they shared over 44 years together. From this union they were blessed with one child, Rodney Wright. He was a loving and devoted father. He loved his entire family, he took great pride in being a father, grandfather and great grandfather.

In his leisure time he enjoyed watching and betting on any type of sports, Casinos and family time especially spending time with his Princess Nalah.

Tony is preceded in death by his mother and father, Alexander and Sadie Wright, three brothers, Ralph, Charles and Jerome, two nieces Linda and Sam; one nephew Christopher.

He leaves to mourn his wife Judia Wright; sons Rodney and Jalen Wright; grandsons Branden (Eboni), Rodney Jr. and  Anthony; great-grandchildren, Nalah and Tywon; one brother, Robert Wright; one sister, Ethel Mae Neal; sister-in-laws, Phyllis (Alvin) Williams, Audrey Dewitt, Bernadette Wright; brother-in-laws, Ernest lee Toney, Albert Jr. and Paul Knight; nephews, Alexander (Dan) and Isaacs (Duke) Neal and Lil Tony; great nephew Christopher Jr.; great niece, Karter and many sorrowful nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and a host of friends.
