TONY M. KEES SR., son of Catherine Kees and the late Fred Kees Sr. was born on May 13, 1961 in Baltimore, Maryland. Tony departed this life on November 10, 2016 after battling with many health issues.

Tony received his education in the Baltimore City School System. After graduating he up held many jobs, and went into the United States Army. Upon that time he met and married the love of his life Beverly Ellis. From this union three children were born Melody, Linda and Tony Jr.

As a youth Tony attended United Pentecostal Miracle Church under the leadership of Richard Lee Chandler and was baptized at a young age. Tony was a quiet person. He loved his own personal space. When ever he went. Tony was such a fun loving agitator especially with the kids.

He loved his mother very much and always made sure she was taken care of. Anything she wanted or asked of him he made sure she was happy. Tony did not like being on Mom's bad side. everyday he would let her know, "I feel good today, ma!" If he had some money, "I got a couple of dollars, you want me to go to the store for you.." He also loved and cherished his two cats Lilly and Snowball.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his mother-Catherine Kees, four children, Melody, Linda, Tony Jr. and James; two son-in-laws, Keyon Robinson and Teon Norris; one daughter-in-law, Niyana Kees; four sisters, Jackie, Pamela, Marilyn and Michelle; three brothers, Harry, Fred and Johnny; ten grandchildren, Raynia, Sairih, Keyon, Tiasia, Delteona, Ta'Niya, Keyontay, Tony, Deidra and Tori; three great grandchildren, Derritt, Dallas and Grey; host of nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and friends.
