Terry V Moten-Jenkins

Terry V. Moten-Jenkins was born June 4, 1970 in Baltimore Maryland, to the late Carolyn McLaurin and leaves behind father Jerome Jenkins.

Terry lived in Baltimore most of her life where she attended Baltimore City Public Schools.

She worked for various employers and eventually became a spouse and a mother.

Terry was always real, and her upbeat personality reflected that she loved and enjoyed her family and friends, no matter the circumstance. She always believed there would be a solution for any concerns others might have and she wanted to be there for them.

Terry was an exceptional cook and cleaning was a necessity, she was fun too! She loved baking cakes and cookies with her grandchildren. She loved to dance (especially line dancing) and traveling had become a part of her lifestyle. Terry also loved spending time with her Na/We family.

Terry's children, her sisters Roxanne and Elaine, and her brothers Jerome, Jerard, and Anthony will miss receiving phone calls and text messages from her. Her entire family and many friends (including her former spouse Marvin Moten) will miss seeing her and hearing her voice, but positive memories are probably what she would want for everyone to remember.

Terry was preceded in death by two sons Maurice and Devyn.

Terry leaves to cherish her memory: daughters, La'Chell, La'Tifah and La'Kea; son, Ikeem;   grandchildren, Makayla, LaMartaze, Kamryn, Kaelyn, Tyiliah, Kyion, Meeki, Khloe, Livefree, Maat and Brandon; great granddaughter Kehlani; and a host of nieces and nephews (special niece LaQuina); aunts and uncles and other family members in addition to bonus child Tavian.
