STEVEN REDFEARN JR., affectionately known as Man Man, was born on November 29, 1995, in Fairfax County, Virginia, to Adrienne Harrington and Steven Redfearn Sr. He later made his home in Baltimore, Maryland. Man Man passed away on February 8, 2026, at the age of 30, after a long and courageous battle with cancer.

Man Man received his education at Massaponax High School and continued his studies at Germanna Community College. He was known for his kind heart, strong spirit, and the joy he brought to those around him. His presence could light up any room, and his smile was one that many will never forget. He valued family deeply and cherished every moment spent creating memories with loved ones and friends. Man Man had a passion for making and writing music, enjoyed playing Play Station and had a love for sports betting, which brought him excitement and enjoyment. 

Throughout his life, Man Man showed resilience, compassion and loyalty. He touched many  lives through his words, his actions and simply by being himself. Though his time here was far too short, the love he gave and the impact he made will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Irving and Carolyn Banks and Jeanette Redfearn.

Left to cherish Man Man's memory are his loving parents, Adrienne and Edward Harrington and Steven and Taneshia Redfearn; his beloved son, Samir; his grandparents, Adrienne and Wyatt; his siblings, Brishia, DeAndre, Brianna, Justin, Isreal, Isiah, Edward, Michael, Tionna, and Trinity; his aunts and uncles, Tammy (William), Theresa (Mike), Jeanette (Wallace), Joseph, Michelle, Rodney W., and Teanya; his special friend Ahyana; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends who will cherish his memory always.
