Sadik D. Griffin

SADIK was born August 19, 1995 in Baltimore, MD. son of Carlishia C. Griffin and Danny D. Buck Jr. He suddenly departed this life on Tuesday, February 13, 2018.

Deek or Diki as we affectionately called him was educated through the Baltimore City Public School System. He played football from the age of six, in 2010 he proudly won a championship with his team the Eastside Raiders. That was truly one of his proudest moments. He loved playing basketball and listening to rap music, in particular Lil Boosie. He always wanted his mother (Carlishia) to listen to Lil Boosie song "Mama".

Diki was a self educator, he never felt like he was taught enough in school therefore he sought further education through reading books. He was quite and stayed in thought, but if comfortable he showed his funny side, constantly cracking jokes, making silly faces and keeping you laughing.

Diki left to cherish his memories: a loving and devoted mother, Carlishia Griffin; father, Danny Buck Jr; grandmothers, Casandra Beard & Denise Moore; siblings, Danny II, Ah' Tourai, Christian, Sharae, Wesley & Norman Jr.; uncles/aunts, Anthony (Heather), Lawrence (Yutiv), LaTanya (Martin), Raquiya, Robin, Charles & De'Sean; nieces/nephews, Kaniya, Kenny III, Chloe Carter, Ke'Asiah, Dior, Neveah & Antonio Jr.; cousins, Nailah (Daryl), Tahira (Antoine), Kevin, Kiyah, Lorenzo, Autumn Stafford & Jourdan; two older cousins that were close and dear to him Anthony Jr., & Khalil; a longtime girlfriend, Ebony Jones who has been there through thick and thin; two childhood friends Montia and Brandon and a host of other friends and relatives.
