Ruth E Hopkins

She Was Born June 16th, 1949, in Baltimore Maryland, at 4:18am. At the John Hopkins Hospital to her mother Julia Tates and Her Father John Graham.

She received her education in the Baltimore City Public School Systems.

She worked different jobs in her life but her most high achievement was working in the Baltimore City Public School systems first as a Parent Volunteer then later as a Cafeteria Worker then becoming a Cafeteria Manager which she worked until she retired, but before that she met her soul mate Joseph Hopkins in 1979. Out of that beautiful union they brought into the world a daughter in May 1984 name Cherry Lorna Hopkins. They got married on December 23, 1989.

She proceeded in death by her love her of life Joseph Hopkins, her mother Julia Tates (Earline) and her brother James Marvin Tates, stepfather who help raised her Junior Earline who her mother married.

She Leaves to cherish her memories daughter Cherry L. Hopkins, Stepdaughter Sherie Hopkins Ford (Marvin), 3 grandchildren Eric Harris III, Reniyah Baker, Dierra Baker, One great-granddaughter Ellie Rose Harris, close cousin Gail D. Cousins, and a host of other cousins as well, mother-in-law Lillian Hopkins, three brother in laws and one sister-in-law, she was the sweetest and kindness person you would ever want to meet.
