Ronald N. Shields Sr.

Ronald Nathaniel Shields Sr. was the son of the late Beulah M.Allen and Wilbert T.Shields, born February 1,1952 in Baltimore, Maryland. Ronald departed this life on October 26, 2024.

Ronald was the oldest of eight children, he received the LORD as his Savior at an early age.

Ronald received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System.

Ronald was employed with the City of Baltimore (DPW), for twenty-six years before retiring.

Ronald was united in marriage to Jacqueline Matthews, from this reunion he gained one son Ronald Nathaniel Shields (2nd).

Ronald loved to dance and make you laugh,very warm spirited with a beautiful smile.  People often called him (Reds).

Ronald was preceded in death by siblings Reginald and Paula.

Ronald leaves to cherish his memory one son Ronald N.Shields(2nd),who affectionately called him (Poppy); siblings, Roberta Jackson, Edward (Beverly) Allen, Paulette(Leonard) Smith and Yvette Allen and Debora Allen; five nieces; five nephews; a host of great and great great nieces and nephews; aunt, Mary Ann Davis (New Jersey); cousins and friends.
