ROBERT LITTLE, the son of the late Simon and Maude(Richardson) Little, was born on April 22, 1937 in Baltimore, Maryland at City Hospital. After a sudden illness, he received his 'Angel Wings' on April 16, 2016. Robert had two sisters, Isabell(Little)Williams and Mary Little-Cherry; three brothers, Eugene Little, Tero Little and Leo Little. Robert was the third eldest child out of the six siblings.

Robert was a believer in Christ. Even though, he did not belong to a specific church, he attended services at Trinity Lutheran Church, Gospel Tabernacle Baptist Church, Freedom Baptist Church, Greater Grace World Outreach and Providence Baptist Church.

On September 11, 1971, Robert and Marcella H. Banks were joined in holy matrimony. From this union, two children were born, ShaQuetta(Little) Nottage and Robert Marcellus Little; Marcella's sons, Anthony Cornelius Banks and Clinton Banks, were quickly embraced by Robert and were delighted to be big brothers to ShaQuetta and Robert Marcellus. On September 5, 2001, Robert became a widower after the death of his beloved wife, Marcella H. Little.

Robert was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. He was employed with Bethlehem Steel Corporation as a Pipefitter for 30 years prior to his retirement in 1998. Being bored with retirement, Robert returned to the workforce. He was employed with Baltimore Housing Authority as a Pipefitter until his retirement in 2005.

One day while purchasing gas at the local gas station, Robert met his second chance at love, Carol Champegnie. On November 7, 2010, Robert and Carol Champegnie were joined in holy matrimony surrounded by friends and family. Robert lovingly embraced Carol's two daughters, Precious Champegnie and Zxanda Simmons.

The foremost focus of Robert's life was his family. His motivation to excel beyond societal boundaries was his family, children and grandchildren. Family was everything to him. Robert was known to have a sharp tongue. Yet he had a warm heart and would do anything to assist his family in any way possible.

Robert was a Distinguished Gentleman. He was well known for his sophisticated sense of style. Robert's signature accessory was either a Churchill, Dobbs, or Kangol hat. He very rarely left home without a hat. Robert's passion was photography. He was always behind the camera adjusting his lens for the perfect shot during family gatherings, birthday parties, special occasions, or just because of his love of photography. Robert was a Jazz officiando. He traveled throughout the country to hear his favorite jazz musicians. One of his favorite jazz songs was 'So What' by Miles Davis.

Robert was an adventurous traveler. He had traveled to thirty-eight out of the fifty United States and visited eleven countries abroad. Robert has traveled as far North as Canada as far South as Brazil, as far East as London and as far West as Hawaii. He enjoyed watching the History Channel, National Geographic and Discovery Channel. Robert enjoyed going to the movies, the casinos and being surrounded by family especially his grandchildren,. Robert once said 'These
little people are my friends'.

Robert leaves to continue his legacy: his wife, Carol Little; his daughters, ShaQuetta (Little) Nottage; Precious Champegnie and Zxanda Simmons; his adopted daughter, Serita Nichols; his sons, Robert Marcellus Little and Anthony Cornelius Banks; his sister, Mary Little-Cherry; his grandchildren, Kyndall Valentine Nottage, Trinity Marcia Nottage, Marcel Quron Little, Tristyn Kaleel Little, Anthony Jamal Banks, LaShawna Banks, Sierra Evans and Shakita Anderson; as well numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his father, Simon Little; his mother, Maude Little; his first wife, Marcella H. Little; his son, Clinton Banks; his sister, Isabell Williams; and his brothers, Eugene Little, Tero Little, and Leo Little.
