Richard Fortune 4th affectionately called Rico was born September 2, 2002 in Baltimore Maryland to Kinyottia Owens and Richard Fortune 3rd. He departed his life on September 5, 2019. Rico received his education through Baltimore City Public School System. He also accomplished receiving a certificate for flagging. Rico accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age. Rico loved to sing, rap, dance, and entertain everyone. Rico enjoyed playing football, swimming, and going on family vacations. He could talk his way out of anything. He loved to make others smile. He was the sweetest, most warm hearted person you could ever meet. Rico enjoyed doing his brotherly duties. He loved to walk his sisters Ken’yae and Trenedy to and from school. He also loved being an uncle to his only niece Kendall-Lee. While Rico valued and enjoyed life itself, he definitely valued spending quality time with his father. He also valued his relationship with his best friend, his mother. He was preceded in death by his two brothers Kenyon and Kenyontae and his favorite cousin “Yeedy”. Rico leaves to cherish his memories, his devoted mother Kinyottia Owens; his father, Richard Fortune 3rd; sisters, Ka’waughn, Ken’yae, and Trenedy; 5 aunts, Ebony, Nicole, Tiffany, Whitley, Aiisha, Latoya, Aaliyah, and Lailah; two uncles, Warren and Leroy, grandmothers, Jettey and Margaret; grandfathers, Bobby, Richard Jr., and Kenneth; two special friends Luke and Briana; and a host of cousins, relatives, god sisters/brothers, and friends
