Rhonda Phillips

RHONDA ELISE PHILLIPS, daughter of the late Aaron C. and Gloria A. Phillips, was born August 19, 1955, in Baltimore, Maryland. Rhonda departed this earth on November 13, 2014.

Rhonda received her education in the Baltimore City Public School System. She was a high school graduate of Dunbar High School. Later Rhonda attended Bay College, where she graduated with an Associate's Degree in Law. Rhonda furthered her education at Coppin State University in the mid-1990's.

Rhonda was employed for many years with Allied Chemical Company and Baltimore City Bus Company. Rhonda was an expert in finances and computers. Rhonda even taught a computer literacy class to help others become more computer literate. Rhonda was very helpful and knowledgeable about many things, she loved to teach and assist others with anything.

Rhonda was a devoted Christian, mother, sister,daughter and friend. Rhonda was strong willed, opinionated, funny, nurturing and expressive. Rhonda was very particular and detail oriented. Rhonda also had a passion for traveling, decorating and any 'Do it yourself' projects.

Rhonda was preceded in death by her sister, Bernadette Phillips and her brother, Gregory Phillips; Rhonda leaves to cherish her precious memories, three sons, Craig Phillips, Chaz Phillips and Maurice Jones; one daughter, Rhonda Jones; four siblings, Aaron, Darryl, Michelle and Sheila; ten grandchildren, great grandchildren, twenty nieces and nephews, (five preceded her in death) and a host of cousins and friends.
