REGINA JONES, was born in Baltimore, MD August 31, 1959, to the late Bernard R. Jones Sr. and Violet J. Littles. Regina did not have a middle name, however, if you would ask her she would proudly tell you her name was Regina "Ann" Jones.

Regina was educated in the Baltimore City Public Schools. She was a graduate of Baltimore School of the Bible in 2010. Regina studied diligently and with a 93.8 GPA, she was number one in her class.

Regina started her working career, at the age of fifteen, with yearly summer employment. For several years she enjoyed working at the local corner store at Biddle St. and Milton Ave. In 1985, she became employed with the Baltimore City Public School System (BCPS). Regina was a very dedicated employee and quickly advanced from serving as a cafeteria worker to the current position as Accountant for the BCPS department of Food and Nutrition. She was employed with BCPS for 35 years.

Regina accepted Christ at an early age. She was baptized June 15, 1969 by Rev. Edward M. Revels at the St. Paul Christian Community Church. Regina later joined the Bibleway Missionary Baptist Church in 1993. She served faithfully and diligently in many capacities.

Regina was an avid reader and was extremely competitive, like her mother. Regina would not answer her phone between 7:00-7:30pm because she was a contestant on Jeopardy. Every challenge Regina took on she strived to be the best. Regina loved to play games and participating in paint parties, whether in person or virtual.

Regina had a very talkative spirit and made friends everywhere she would go. Her positive energy was the beginning of many special friendship; Darlene Swain was her front row sister, Cynthia McNair, Alethea Lance and Nicole Hampleton were her "Little Sistas". Her godchildren, Henry Redd, Tamera Ford, Regina Anderson, BriAnne and Brian Wiggins Jr., held a very special place in her heart. Regina was also like another mother to Bernie Delay and Charmayne Jones. Regina had three acquired sisters, Deborah Crawford, Alisa and Gail Lomax.

Regina was preceded in death by her son Andre Jones.
