RANDOLPH was born February 16, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Mancefield and Mary Perkins. He was the fourth born of seven children. He departed this life on December 3, 2015 after a brief illness.

He attended Catonsville Community College where he received his GED and several college credits. He was a dedicated employee of Sparrows Point for over 25 years until their closing when he decided to bless Amtrak with his savvy and sharp skills working as a Pipe Fitter. Randolph was a very intelligent and confident man who spent a lot of his time fixing things.

He was affectionately known to his friends as 'Randy' or 'Shorty'. He loved to ride his Harley and spend short weekends in Atlantic City.

On February 17, 2011, he married the love of his life, Denise or Nisey as he called her. From this 40 year relationship, two daughters were born, Ranise and Latoya.

He leaves to mourn: his wife, Denise Perkins; two daughters, Ranise and Latoya Perkins; one grandson, Daylin; three special nieces and nephews, Dayonna, Crystal, Heaven and Tyion; three sisters, Gloria who preceded him in death, Rachel(Glen, Sr.), and Charlene; three brothers, Mancefield, Jr.(Andrea), Richard(Margaret) who preceded him in death and David; mother-in-law, Martha Lawson; sister-in-law, Cynthia; a lifelong friend, Mick; and a host of family members and friends
