Paul McNeil son of the late Nellie and John McNeil, was born on December 13,1957 in Baltimore, Md. He departed this life after a lengthy illness on January 9, 2021

Paul graduated from Dunbar High School in 1977, he went on to work several odd jobs, he loved checking on elders in the neighborhood, often you would see him running errands for them. He loved football and basketball, often saying how he was the best 3 point shooter.

Paul was a peaceful and quiet guy, would drink his wine and would often say all he needed was “12 cent”to get his next drink, just “12 cent” ! Paul was not an avid lottery player, but he would tell all he encountered to play these two numbers 777 and 146.

Paul was preceded in death by one sister, Mattie Jennings; one brother, James McNeil (Nuddy); two nephews, Maurice McNeil (Ricky), Kevin McNeil (Pluke). He leaves to cherish his fond memories. His twin sister Paulette McNeil; five nieces, Rebecca Brewer, Renade Jennings, Joevelle Poole, Dwoyne Boyd, and Mahogany McNeil; six great nieces, Tiffany McNeil, Octavia McNeil, Clarice McNeil, Michelle Baylor, Mariah Chambers and Madisyn Hale; seven great nephews, Martinez and William Hunt, Edward Pugh, Michael Tate, Timothy Chambers, Tramon Wright, Jamon Watkins; one aunt, Shirley Faye of South Carolina and a host of other relatives and friends.
