Patricia A Willis

PATRICIA ANN WILLIS, beloved daughter of the late Jessie Mae Willis and Donnie Willis was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina on September 17, 1952. She passed away peacefully at home January 26, 2020 after battling ALS.

Patricia moved to Baltimore at an early age and received her education in the Baltimore City School System. Growing up, Patricia helped to raise her siblings and care for her family. As a teenager, Patricia met Joseph Edward Carter and out of that union two girls were born Tonya Annette, who departed this life after one month of life and Tonnette Patrice. Patricia wanted a large family but was unable to carry to full term until 16yrs later. Out of that pregnancy came Tavon Terrell.

Patricia had a zest for life and was very hard working. She loved taking care of others. Her love for caring for others prompted her to enroll into a nursing assistant program. She later graduated and worked for many years at University of Md. Hospital.

Everyone who knew her knows she was very out spoken and she always said what was on her mind. Family was her everything and she would do whatever she could to help them. She would give her last to make sure we had what we needed. However, her biggest love was her children and grandchildren. Patricia also had a love for music. Her last request before departing this life was to listen to her son Tavon's music until she took her last breath.

Patricia was preceded in death by her mother Jessie Mae Willis and father Donnie Willis, daughter Tonya Annette Willis, brothers Larry and Donnie Willis and sister Karolyn Willis.

She leaves to mourn two children Tonnette Worsley and Tavon Willis.
