Patricia Diane Berkley was born on September 22, 1952 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Ruth Atkinson and Aaron Berkley, Sr. After a brief illness, she departed this life on September 26, 2024.
Pat as she was affectionately known, was educated in the Baltimore City Public School System, graduating from Northern High School. She later furthered her education, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from Morgan State University.
