Oliver Williams Jr

Oliver Williams Jr. was born December 15, 1959 to Essie Mae and Oliver Williams Sr., departed this life January 22, 2021 after a lengthy illness.

Oliver graduated from Northern High School and attended Coppin State College. Oliver was a Master Barber and he was employed by Baltimore School Police Department as a Resource Specialist until his health began to fail.

Music was always the center of his life, he was a vocalist and keyboardist for Panama Band for 20 years. In 1996 he joined Mt. Olive Baptist Church (Towson) and that was the start of his gospel journey. He was a member of Ministry Gospel Group and his own group O.L. Brothers Gospel Group.

He leaves to cherish his memory, wife Delores Williams; three children Latonya Jones, Oliver Williams III, and Tyra Hudgins; six grandchildren, Breonna Rogers, Alexandria Rogers, Timothy Jones, Kevin Jones, Aaron Jones, and Emmanuel Jones; four great grandchildren; three brothers, Gerald Brown, Brian Williams, and Fabian Williams; two brothers in-law, Raymond Wiggins (Va.), Milton Stokes; one sister in-love Shirley Winder, and a special person William McRae, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
