Milton Eugene Randolph was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Myrtle Jones and the late Garfield Randolph on September 8, 1944. Milton departed this earthly life on the morning of September 5, 2019 after a lengthy illness. Milton gave his life to Christ later in age and was a member of United Baptist Church where he was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior under the pastorate of Dr. Carl J. Solomon. Where he attended with his family. Milton received his education in the Baltimore City public school system. After graduating from Paul Lawrence Dunbar High in 1962, he became employed at Continental Can for several years. Milton left there and began a career at Port of Baltimore Local 333 for 36 years until retiring in 2014. Milton met and married Rosa Pearl Reed on December 28, 1987. Out of that union one child was born; Lakia Randolph. They were always traveling; especially Atlantic City. Milton also known by most as Shakey liked to gamble, go bowling, shoot pool, talk trash, and was a people person. He was someone who kept you laughing. Milton was a family man. You could always find him at a family function dressed to impress. Milton was a kind and giving person. He was a well connected man and could always find a deal on any and everything. There were 7 siblings including Melvin Randolph, Milton’s twin, whom preceded him in death. Milton leaves to cherish his memory, his loving and dedicated wife Rosa Pearl Randolph, his 7 children; Felicia Colbert, Charlene Strawberry (Bernard), Dove Gardner (Tina), Terry Randolph (who proceeded him in death),Latarsha Haughton (Kenneth), Lakia Randolph, Brianne Jester, 1 step daughter Sharnette Bey (Andrewnekas) ,11 grandchildren Daryn, Tracy, Autumn, Bryson, Nyatta, Darian, Julian, Dove Jr, Kanye, Giovanni, and 1 step granddaughter Sharnae. 2 loving sisters Helen Curbean and Sylvia Phyall. 1 loving aunt Lorraine Addison, 2 sister-in-laws Edith Easley (Willie),Sonja Battis, 5 brother-in-laws Allen Reed, Harvey Reed, Louis Reed(Gloria),Lee Reed (Lynn), Jimmy Reed,and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.
