Melisha M. Thigpen

Melisha Mona Thigpen was born March 1, 1968

to Willie James Thigpen and the late Brenda Jones Thigpen.

Melisha affectionately known as (Lisha) enjoyed cooking, socializing

with her friends and family. She received her education at Walbrook

High School. She received her spiritual guidance at an early age.

Saturday, October 21, 2017 God called her home.

Melisha was employed at Loyola University where she worked until

her passing.

She leaves to cherish her memories, father, Willie J. Thigpen (Trudy);

one child, Shakia Miller; three sisters, Keish Davis, Robyn Hawkins

(Mike), Tia Thigpen-Frazier (Troy); two brothers, Kevin A.Thigpen

(Shantell) and Terrell Ghee-Thigpen; two uncles, Melvin Jones (Mary)

and Bobby Thigpen; two aunts, Vera Artis and Marrbell Boyd (Gregory)

and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and devoted friends, (Shawn
