MAXINE CHEW WILLIAMS was surrounded by a legacy of love that lives on through her family, whom she cherished deeply.

She leaves to honor her memory her beloved siblings; Janet Ruth Lawson and Dwight "Buddy" Chew. She is also reunited in eternal rest with her dearly loved siblings, Lorraine Chew, Virginia "Jenny" Chew Clarke, Nellie "Bay" Chew, Frances Chew, Dennis "Junie" Chew Jr., and Dean Michael "Mikey" Chew, who have gone before her and now rest together in God's presence.

She was a devoted and loving mother to her children; Chawntay Denise Willie, Clarence Lamar Maxwell II, Mahryeyah Dyneesha Williams, Dickson Williams Jr., Ahsheyah Saahmyeyah Atkinson Kahrah Jadedah Williams, and Malik Abdullah Williams.

Her love extended richly through generations as a proud grandmother to: Jai-Chawn Iverson Mullin Sr., Clarence Lamar Maxwell III, Eric Troy Willie Jr., Carrington Spencer Willie, Francoise Maurice Pretto II, Cruz Carter Williams, Cobi Malik Williams, Giannah Marley Atkinson, True Williams, Reign Malik Williams, Jamar Phillip Atkinson Jr., and Honor Maxx Williams.

She was also blessed to see the beauty of legacy continued through her great-grandchildren; Jai-Chawn Iverson Mullin Jr. and Jai-Lyanna Marisol Mullin.

Maxine also leaves behind a host of loving daughters-and sons-in-law, cherished nieces and nephews, extended family, and truly dear friends who were like family. Each of them held a special place in her heart, and her love for them will continue to live on in the memories they shared.
