Listen to Obituary

MARY ELIZABETH BROWN was granted her angel wings March 22, 2023. Her final days were spent with family doing the things she cherished most, singing, laughing and praising her Savior.

Mary Elizabeth Brown was born September 3, 1939, to the late Myrtle D. Hall and the late John Wise. She was educated in Baltimore City Public Schools. She was employed by Hynes Bakery and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine where she retired after twenty-eight years of service.

Mary was married to the late Earl Brown. She had one son, Calvin A. Lambirth Sr. who proceeded her in death.

Mary was a faithful member of First Apostolic Faith Church until sickness prevented her from entering the sanctuary to fellowship amongst friends and family.

Mary always put family first. Whenever in need, you could always call on her for assistance or just support and you knew her actions were genuine.

Mary had four siblings who preceeded her in death; Catherine Moore, Bertha Mae Watkins, Tyrone and Leslie Tyler and one grandson, Calvin Lambirth Jr. She is survived by one sister Doretha (Wilbert), one sister-in-law Brenda, One brother-in-law James, four grandchildren Antonio, Tia, Adrian and Tamika, thirteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. Mary will be missed by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
