KIMBERLY D. BRISCOE, daughter of the late Agnes Beauford was born December 01, 1968 in Baltimore, Maryland. She departed this life on January 25, 2026 after a lengthy fight with illnesses. 

She received her education from Southwestern High School in Baltimore, and received a higher education from Pennsylvania State University. 

She held a host of jobs in her earlier years, but was most remembered for being a Traffic Enforcement Officer Of Baltimore City, where she retired. 

Kim made numerous friends throughout her life. Everyone who knew her will sincerely miss her joyous, kind manner and often-humorous spirit. 

Left to cherish her glorious memories are: one son, Allan Johnson; granddaughter, Abigail Johnson; three sisters, Angela Layman, Doris Jackson and Lorraine Layman; aunts, nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.
