Kim Y. Smith

Daughter of the late Sharon E. Brown and the late Maurice Smith,
KIM Y. SMITH, was born November 16, 1968, in
Baltimore, Maryland. God saw fit to call her to His heavenly home on April 5, 2016.
Kim received her education from the Baltimore City Public School System, graduating from Lake Clifton High School. She also attended Essex Community College. Kim was employed by Johns Hopkins Hospital for 20+ years.
As a young child, Kim received the Lord as her savior at Mt.Pleasant Baptist Church and later as an adult frequently worshiped during the mid-week services at Greater Harvest Baptist Church.
To know Kim, was to love her. Her laughter will forever be in our hearts and memories. Known for her delicious turkey wings and spaghetti, Kim enjoyed cooking and sharing with her family.
Her wonderful smile will be dearly missed.
Kim leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter, Duwana Harris; the love of her life, Guy "Rick" Williams; one sister, Karon Gilmer; one brother, Kallin Lee; one niece, Katia Gilmer; two nephews, Naron Gilmer and Nathan Gilmer; a beloved puppy, Bethany; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
