Kijafa C James

KIJAFA CHARO KENYA LOLITA JAMES, was born January 2, 1976 to the late Cassandra Vida James and Andrew James. Kijafa James Born two children; Keyona Laura Carrington and Lowrider Ernest James.

She was preceded in death by her mother Cassandra Vida James, grandmother, Loretta Zervos, aunt Zeolinda Shuler. Surviving sister Catawba Ballard, stepfather Ernest Ballard; aunts, Sabrinda Landon, Evaggelia Zervos and Leather Jones; uncles John Landon and Craig Rideout; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She attended Fredrick Douglass High School in Baltimore, Maryland. Kijafa was also a strong leader at Unlimited Bounds Human Services. Keyona and Lowrider words to our MOM, we loved you with all our heart even when we didn't say it everyday, we know that you loved us equally. You bragged on our accomplishments and made sure people knew our name.

Now it's time for people to know all the wonderful things you did in your life. You lived your life to the fullest overcoming various obstacles and that will never be taken away from you. You uplifted women in your group home and encouraged them to live the journey that GOD set out for all of us.You were responsible and gave us the life you believed would suit us best, but it never ever made you less of our mother. You did the best you could. OUR MOM Kijafa James had a legacy and it's great, so when you say her name incorporate her legacy with it. It's to powerful to be forgotten although it will never be. I Keyona will watch over my little brother at the best of my ability he never has to worry about anything. I know that's what you would want MOM. Lowrider and I will walk across the stage of both high School and College. And I know your spirit will be there once we do it. WE LOVE YOU MOM until we meet again.
