Kay F. Stallings

Kay Frances Stallings was born in Edenton, North Carolina, to Cora E. Johnson and Elbert Stallings on November 27, 1957.

Kay was raised and educated in the Baltimore City School system with her four brothers Rickey, Kenneth, Russell, and Andrew Stallings.

Kay raised two children, one daughter and one son. She also helped with her four grandchildren.

Kay loved her family and friends. She stayed by her children's side until she was called home on February 26, 2022. She was 64 years old.

She leaves to celebrate her life her two children Shawnte R. Bullock and Edward M. Wooden; four grandchildren, Tyrell Brown, Taliyah Brown, Daunt Jennings and Lauren Montgomery and a host of family and friends
