Jeffrey E. Cassell

JEFFREY E. CASSELL, affectionately known as “Lil Jeff,” was born to

the late Lawrence and Joan Cassell. He departed this life suddenly on

August 1, 2017.

He received his education in the Baltimore City School System.

Jeff never had kids of his own, but he loves his nieces, nephews, greatniece

and -nephews as if they were his own. And they loved their Uncle

Jeff. He would always play with them and do whatever it took to keep

them smiling. That’s how he got the nickname “Tickle Man.”

He made numerous friends wherever he went and will be sorely missed

by everyone who knew him, especially his numerous childhood friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory: two sisters, Kim Stevenson and Donna

Cassell; one brother, Darrin Cassell (siblings Carla, Kevin and Lawrence

preceded him in death); one uncle, three aunts, five nephews, four nieces,

four great-nephews, six great-nieces, all who loved him dearly; one sister

in-law; and a host of other relatives and friends.
