Jasper Vines Jr.

Jasper Vines Jr. son of the late Jasper Vines Sr. and Laura Bell Vines was born on January 2, 1947 in Jacksonville, Florida. On Friday, June 22, 2018. God called Jasper home to rest.

Jasper received his education in the Baltimore City Public School System and worked short term jobs in the east side community. At an early age, Jasper gave his life to Christ. No matter what happened in life, he knew he could find comfort in the Lord, his Strength and Redeemer. Jasper was affectionately known as "Poo-Poo" and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He was a very humble man, who had a love for life and a passion for fashion. He left a huge impact on those he encountered.

Jasper leaves to cherish his memory: his loving sisters, Beverly Vines Glen (Otis), Linda Vines; devoted brothers, Kelly Vines (Shelly) and Bernard Vines; four siblings, preceded in death (Sandra Vines, Richard Vines, Douglas Vines and Gloria Guthrie). A special niece Tammy Doles and host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
