JD was employed with them for twenty-eight years until he retired. JD was a proud, happy and strong military oriented person and these characteristics were always noticeable when you met him. JD was a proud father, a wonderful uncle, brother and cousin. Sometimes when you talk to JD you would need a Dictionary because he would exercise your brain. JD had a passion for education, he always said education was the key to life.

JD had a smile that you would never forget. He loved to debate with people we never understood why he never worked in politics he would have you talking about one thing for hours and then simply walk away, JD was the type that would start telling stories from the past and would have everyone thinking and crying.
