Henry A. Owens Iii

Henry Ashby Owens III, known to some as "Penske" and to others as "Dogg", departed his earthly body on April 16, 2025.

Henry was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Linda Marie Owens and Henry Ashby Owens Jr. Henry was the youngest out of three siblings.

He received his education through the Baltimore City Public School System. He graduated from Patterson High School in 2003.

He enjoyed football, whether it was watching or playing. Early in his childhood he played recreational football for the Oliver Owls at the position of center, for which he received several awards. He worked several jobs which included, BWI Airport, Sephora Warehouse and others. He was an outgoing person; he made people laugh and made friends wherever he went.

He is preceded in death by his mother Linda Marie Owens, his grandmother Mattie Lee Rose, two uncles Samuel Lee Rose Jr. and Gabriel Isaiah Rose, one aunt Gloria Ann Taylor and one cousin Samuel Lee Rose 3rd.

He is survived by his father Henry Ashby Owens Jr.; sisters, Nakemma and Natasha Owens; nephews, Cameron Vinson and Raimin Holmes aka Daykwon; aunts, Edith Williams, Brinda Hall, Kathleen Rose and Johnnie Rose; uncles, Harry Williams and Charles Hall Sr.; and a host of cousins, relatives and friends.
