Glendora Yvette Jones-Stern, beloved daughter of the late Ernest and Rose Etta Jones, was born on September 11, 1963 in Baltimore, Maryland. She gained her wings on April 23, 2026. 

Glendora received her education at Clifton High School. She graduated from Harbor City High School. 

She met the love of her life Kevin Sr. in 1979 at Clifton High School. They were married in 2006. They both cherish their lives together and brought each other so much joy and happiness over the years. 

She worked at Bayview Medical Center as a CNA/GNA. Glendora also worked as a private duty technician for the Baltimore Health Department.

 Glendora had so much love in heart that she had enough to share with others. She had a smile that could light up a room. And a laugh that was contagious. She was such a devoted friend. Everyone loved her dearly. She enjoyed going out and having a good time, playing cards and watching a good movie at home. She was a devoted and loving mother. She instilled the importance of love, principles, morals and values into her children and grandchildren. 

Glendora is reunited in heaven with her loving parents Ernest and Rose Ette; three brothers Robert, Willie and Richard; one sister Ernestine and one stepson Kwame. 

Glendora leaves to cherish her memory her husband Kevin Sr; one aunt Roberta; one son Kevin Jr; two daughters Whitney and Jamika; five grandchildren Kevin, Tristan, Ja’Niya, Aaron and Kai; two stepchildren Keva and Keeco; one step son-in-law James; six step grandchildren; two nieces Latachia and Alicia; four brother-in-laws Raymond, Mark, Brandon and Kenneth; seven sister-in-laws Ltanya, Andrea, Wanda, Lisa, Charmaine, Diane and Torshell. A host of additional family and friends.
